We recommend that our guests bring appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear, as well
as any personal items they may need during their stay. We also provide a pack of
Outdoor Gear, which no one usually offers to their guests at the beginning of the tour.

And at our base of the Tree Camp by Knuckles, we offer slacklining, natural river bathing, nature

Usually we do not provide Wi-Fi at the camp, but on special request, we can arrange portable
mobile hotspot. But as we are in the middle of a forest, connection speed and the sudden
failures are out of our control. We believe in providing our guests with an opportunity to
disconnect from their daily routine and enjoy the tranquility of the forest.

We follow the Leave No Trace and Tread Lightly policies and encourage our guests to do the
same. We also use solar power for lighting and small devices and have toilets with
biodegradable liquid cleaning to minimize our impact on the environment. We believe in
responsible tourism that benefits both the guests and the local community.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the package you choose. It’s mentioned under the
Terms & Conditions. However, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and
we strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our guests' needs.

We can accommodate up to four guests at a time in our two comfortable floating tents. This
allows us to provide a personalized and intimate experience for our guests.

We do recommend that children be at least six years old and adults not exceeding seventy
years old to fully enjoy the activities as long as the guest is physically able to participate in the
activities.

We encourage our guests to take photos and videos to capture their memories of their stay at
the camp. However, we do ask that they respect the privacy of the local communities and ask
for permission before taking their photos.

We provide most of the necessary camping gear, including tents, duvets, and rain ponchos,
leech socks, snake guards etc. However, if you have a favorite piece of gear that you would like
to bring, please feel free to do so.

Yes, there are several nearby attractions, including scenery, a hidden waterfall, ancient shrine
etc. Our staff can provide recommendations and arrange tours to these places upon request
with no extra charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at the camp. We understand that they are a part of
the family, but we need to respect the wildlife and the ecosystems.
